   1. THIS'n That, MAY 7th-9th, Prallsville mills, Stockton, New Jersey. Founded, Organized, promoted, curated, and hung large group exhibition running in conjunction with THE HUNTERDON ART TOUR. The event included, musical performances, an opening party, and food for guests. About 250 people from the local community attended throughout the weekend.

   2. EZ2STEAL, March 25th, Prallsville mills, Stockton, New Jersey. Co-founded, Organized, promoted, curated, and hung large group exhibition/art sale featuring over 80 artists and over 400 works Nearly 100 art works were sold in three hours to benefit artists and the preservation of the Prallsville mills as a vibrant artist colony. Over 350 people from the local community attended the event.

Founded, Organized, promoted, curated, hung, group exhibition featuring 23 artists and their studio works that are considered outcasts, anomalies, and misfits in order to shed light on the presence of autonomy within the artistic process.

  1.  "Santa is that you?" December, 2011, Le souterrain gallery, seaside heights nj. Founded, Organized, promoted, curated, hung, group exhibition featuring 75 artists. The event included, musical performances, an opening party, and food for guests. Over 300 guests attended the opening party.

  1.   "Stampede", July, 2010, Le souterrain gallery, seaside heights nj. Founded, Organized, promoted, curated, hung, group exhibition featuring 60 artists. The event included, musical performances, an opening party, and food for guests. Over 300 guests attended the opening party. 

 

Other professional inclusions: 

 

 1. Founder of "LE Souterrain gallery" in seaside heights, Nj : acquired, cleaned out, converted, built out, gallery space in the basement of an arcade on the seaside heights boardwalk after realizing the need for a communal/local artistic space to exhibit. Tasks included : construction clean out, gut renovation, mild fund raising,  finding/ organizing volunteers, building walls, installing lights, and painting floors. Space was destroyed during hurricane Sandy. 

 

2. Studio assistant for Tom Sanford, tasks included : painting infamous paintings, building surfaces, studio maintenance and hanging shows. 

 

3. Studio assistant for Tony Lasalle, tasks included: underpainting, building surfaces, studio maintenance and hanging shows. 

 

TEACHING EXPERIENCE:

 

  1. 2012-2013: Teaching Assistant for Peter Barnett at MONTCLAIR STATE UNIVERSITY, Painting class levels : 1,2 and 4. Tasks included: Responsible  for creating prompts/assignments, live demonstrations, lectures,  and all general requirements of teaching/running/ organizing a HE seminar.  

 

  2. 2014: Teaching assistant for Patricia Cronin, Brooklyn College, class : "Artistic Anatomy": Responsible for live demonstrations,  lectures, and general requirements of teaching/running/ organizing an HE seminar.

 

 3. 2017: Adjunct Professor of 2dimensional design at Warren County Community College, NJ.

 4. 2019: VOICE THRU VISION: At the onset of Coronavirus, I created a free 16 week online workshop teaching the elements of design, color theory, compositional structures, and the principles of form and content while demonstrating their applications in both historical and contemporary works to isolated adult-aspiring artists. The course included online lectures, artistic prompts, online group critique, and overall group support.
